Pha Tang comes of Khun Sawek’s farm, which produces some of the best specialty grade coffee beans, over the years, has received many esteemed awards both nationally and internationally. Particularly, this coffee has been processed using semi-washing method, allowing the beans to have very clean notes while still maintaing a level of sugar content for natural sweetness. The bean is then medium roasted to highlight the balance of citrus-like acidity, light sugary sweetness, and lastly the toasty chocolate-like bitterness. It is a familiar flavor, easy to drink, and distinct with flavors of caramel, brown sugar, and nuts, which make a perfect base for milk coffee. As black coffee, it has mild acidity for those who could appreciate a little tang.

And the more time we spend educating ourselves about coffee, the more we discover how complex coffee making is from planting to brewing. We’ve learnt that great-tasting coffee must be derived from the chain of people involved in the quality of beans, to brewing.

That is why we seized every opportunity we had to study the art of coffee making, from green beans selection, cupping, roasting and brewing.
Every time we roast, we pay special attention to the quality of coffee. That’s the reason we have Q Arabica Grader who tastes and tests the quality of coffee from our green beans selection to the taste coffee post-roast adhering to the world standard to make sure our coffee keeps getting better and better.

Today we are a small roaster in Bangkok that is ready to deliver specialty coffee locally. We roast our coffee with love and passion so that our customers can enjoy great-tasting coffee, get to know how to brew it themselves while learning more about their coffee and the stories behind it. We also hope to be a part of bettering Thai coffee beans by helping the local farmers achieve a more substantial return that they deserve, making a name for Thai coffee all over the world.
