How do I place my order?

Metacup makes it our priority to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your payment information. We do not store any credit card information. ***
Can I request for separate delivery of my receipt?
Yes, please check “separate billing” on the checkout page, and also kindly provide us with name and address to which you wish the document to be sent. There will be a minor additional cost for postal fee applied to your total.
How do I use my coupon code?
You will be asked to enter your coupon code in the checkout process after you finish from the shopping cart. Once the coupon has been processed, the total amount of your order should be updated accordingly to the terms and conditions of your coupon code.
Why is my coupon code not working?
There are a few reasons that may cause a coupon code to not function. Please first check for the following 1) coupon code expiration date 2) minimum purchase 3) other overlapping promotions.
Does coupon code have an expiration date?
Yes, most coupon codes do have expiration dates specified with them as they are given out. Some, however, have an open-ended duration, which Metacup reserves the right to make adjustments to any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
How is the shipping fee calculated?
Your shipping fee is generally determined by the distance between our shipping center and your shipping address as filled in the checkout page.
Which carriers and shipping methods do you use?
For delivery within Thailand, Metacup is currently using a delivery service provided by Thai Post. In some special cases, Metacup may, based on each specific need, resort to other carriers or methods of delivery to make sure our customers are receiving their packages on time.
Do you ship outside Bangkok and Thailand?
We are currently shipping to any address within Thailand.
Do I have to receive the package in person?
Our carrier most likely require for the recipient to be receiving the delivered package in person. If a signature is required for a particular shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the recipient will sign for delivery. In most cases, customers do not have to sign for shipments from Metacup. However, the delivery staff can require a signature at their own discretion if they feel the package is not safe unattended. Metacup does not guarantee delivery of packages when the recipient is unavailable to sign for a package. The carrier’s driver will make repeated attempts to deliver. If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to Metacup.
How are my products packaged?
Metacup tries our best to standardize our product packaging. In most cases, the outside packaging is standard to our carrier. The inner layer is minimally customized by Metacup to make sure that the products arrive to their destinations safely.
When will I get my order?
For a destination inside Thailand, you may expect your order within 4-5 working days after the order placement.
Can I schedule a delivery date?
Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a special delivery date. For single purchases, the timeline should be 4-5 days after order placement for domestic shipment, and 7-10 days after order placement for international shipment.
How do I track my order?
After the product has been shipped (within 1-2 working days after the order placement), an email titled “Order Status” will be sent out to your email inbox, enclosing details of a tracking code and instructions on how you can track your order.
How can I be granted a “Metacup café member” status?
“Metacup café member” status is granted individually to a member who owns an active café and would like to feature listed product in your business operation. When signing up for normal Metacup membership, please check “I would like to apply Metacup café member”, and our team will reach out to you separately to get to know your cafe a little bit better.

On the top menu, please click My Account, and plug in your username (email address) and password.
Can I get any discount by buying in bulk?

Can you fulfill custom or bulk orders that are not listed on the web site?

May I send my order as gift?
Yes. You can do so by indicating the gift receiver’s name and address in the mailing address, and check “separate billing” and fill in a different “billing address” for a separate mailing of your receipt.
